To be a leading global provider of organisational and church development services for a greater and lasting restorative impact on lives and communities.
To work alongside passionate, committed faith-based organisations, churches, and leaders to help them enhance their impact on their world.
We are dedicated to serving those who have answered Jesus’s call to participate in His mission to transform lives and communities.
We focus on achieving and helping others achieve impactful outcomes at scale, while ensuring maximum efficiency.
We maintain a lean business model to keep costs low for those we serve, while ensuring everything we deliver is both efficient and transparently priced.
We embrace a holistic restorative approach grounded in the principles of biblical justice and the full Gospel of Jesus Christ
We are dedicated to creating social Kingdom value above pursuing profit.
Our growing team consists of staff (below) and our pool of experienced contractors who have journeyed with us and provide targeted expertise and support depending on who we are serving at any one time.
Between us, we have decades of hands-on international experience designing and delivering high quality programs, and strengthening the organisations of passionate grass-roots partners, churches, not-for-profits, and social enterprises. We know what it takes to create, scale and sustain impact on lives, to steward resources, and empower people to serve well.
We are all actively engaged as volunteers in our own respective grass-roots organisations seeking to impact our communities - we know the struggles and the work it takes to make a meaningful impact. We talk the talk while walking the walk!
