EGI Assess is Enhance Global I flagship assessment and diagnostic tool. We have designed a low-cost, globally accessible tool that not only helps you know what is happening in your organisation or church, but also why it is happening. Our use of digital technology and carefully calibrated automated scoring system simplifies the process, enhances objectivity, and keeps costs down.

Level 3 for Free
Complete a self-assessment at Level 3 now - its free! This is a great starting point for understanding your own organisation or church and how we can help you grow. It consists of 90 slider questions - where all answers range from strongly agree to strongly disagree. It takes 20-30 minutes and upon completion you will immediately receive a professional, highly visual report.
Level 4
Or go even deeper with Level 4, which consists of 270 questions that examine your organisation or church's performance, practices, culture, and context. This assessment takes 60-90 minutes and results in a comprehensive and highly visual report.
Cohort
We offer a cohort assessment at both levels 3 and 4 where multiple people with different roles in your organisation or church complete an anonymous survey and our system compiles the results so that you get a 360-degree understanding of how your whole team views the practices, performance, culture, and context of your organisation or church.

EGI Assess is Multi-Level
You can go as deep and detailed as you like (from 4 questions to 400+). You can go straight to our deepest level (level 4), or you can start with level 2. (Level 1 is reserved for our one-day discovery workshops or 1-hour presentations to boards or leadership teams.)
EGI Assess is Multi-Depth
You can choose to employ different methods to understand your organisation or church. You can either completely self-assess using surveys at any level, you can take a cohort approach with different staff or stakholders at different levels completing the assessment. You can go even deeper to engage us to interview your teams, review policies, systems, and programmes, and visit your project sites.
