We can provide external coaching, mentoring or supervision for leaders within your organisation.
Coaching: This is a process of facilitating leaders develop their own solutions to leadership challenges and situations, or personal skills development. The coach in this role facilitates a process of discovery, analysis, conclusion making and defining next steps.
Mentoring: this is a process whereby a seasoned leader focuses more on imparting wisdom and knowledge to a growing leader, provides guidance, and gives tasks for the leader to work on to improve their leadership.
Supervision: professional supervision incorporates aspects of the above but has an increased focus on personal and spiritual well being and development.
For each of the above an agreement between Enhance and the person receiving the services is developed outlining goals and expectations.
The coaching and mentoring relationship can be for a short defined period, or as an ongoing relationship. Enhance will only engage for a minimum of 5 sessions.
