Training Programmes

Enhance can deliver specific training, or help you design internal training programmes.  We will continue to build our suite of training programmes over time.  Below are our current training offerings.

We have developed a ten module governance training programme that includes board self assessment, training modules, and board development planning.  This training is ideal for small to medium not-for-profit organisations. 

The training can be delivered as a whole programme or as individual modules and is designed to engage a whole board.  It can be delivered in a two day training event, or over the course of weeks or months.

• Module Length: 90 mins to 2 hours
• Number of modules: 10

Key deliverables: Board self assessment, board development tools, training materials, and a board development plan (dependent on board completing their action items).

This is a three x 90 minute training programme that can be delivered all at once in half a day or by module across several days.  It explores definitions of leadership, a leadership quadrant, levels of leadership complexity, the difference between ministry and leadership, direct vs indirect leadership, character and skills assessment.   It includes a leader self assessment, and personality profile. 

This training is ideal for leaders at all levels in the organisation.
