No. The EGI assessment framework has been designed by humans all the way! Automated reports are based on a carefully calibrated and weighted algorithm, and each automated observation or comment has been carefully considered. AI has been used to help craft statements and language, the design is all us.
Yes. During our optional deep dive process. When we conduct a deep dive analysis, we follow a seven step process with human specialist review and approval at the end of each step, before proceeding to the next. This prevents corruption of information and incorrect correlations and conclusions being formed. Information is anonymized before analysis, and processed within a secure system.
In short, we use AI to complete basic tasks to create efficiencies and lower costs for you, but we retain responsibility for and oversight of all key specialist analysis.
The Free Pulse Check is designed to give you a quick overview of your perceptions of where you think the areas of growth are. It can be helpful to start discussions with others or to use as a springboard for conversations. However, this is only one perspective and the questions are very broad. We encourage you to engage in the more in depth Self Health Check, and if you are engaging others, use the Group Health Check process.
Yes, absolutely. The Individual Health Check provides valuable insight and helps guide you as a leader in understanding where to focus your attention. The report includes basic recommendations and guidance on how to interpret the results.
While it is based on your personal perception, in the right hands it can be a powerful tool for shaping your actions. That said, the deeper you go—and the more people you involve—the stronger the insights and team engagement will be.
No. Once you enter your email address, you’ll receive a unique link that allows you to return and continue exactly where you left off.

There is no limit. However, if more than 20 respondents are required, an additional $5 per respondent will apply. We only charge for respondents who complete the survey.
No. The tool is designed to ask only the most relevant questions for each stakeholder group, based on their role—such as leadership, mid- or lower-level staff, volunteers, donors/partners, or beneficiaries.
Yes. While the same indicators are measured across all groups, the questions and statements are tailored to each audience to ensure clarity and relevance. We are continually refining the language, and feedback is always welcome.
No. Only the EGI team can access individual responses, and we take confidentiality seriously. Reports are structured to ensure that no individual can be identified—even in cases where a stakeholder group is very small. We will adjust reporting as needed to protect anonymity.
No, the simple process requires only the list of names, emails, and roles of each respondent to be put into our system, and we take care of the rest. A full set of instructions and guidance is sent to you, and we are available to help with any issues that may arise.
We use high-quality software to collate and compile individual responses into a single, comprehensive report. Every report is reviewed by our team to ensure accuracy and quality.
No. Any amount already paid will be deducted from the total cost of the Group Health Check.
