1. Introduction
Enhance Global Impact Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a New Zealand registered company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules that apply when you use our website, assessment tools, and other services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services
Enhance Global Impact provides organisational assessment, development, research, and training services. Our services include, but are not limited to: 

  • Online automated organisational/ church assessment tools (free and paid options). 
  • Diagnostic organisational assessments and reporting. 
  • Organisational enhancement planning and implementation support. 
  • Governance and leadership training programmes. 
  • Program research, design, implementation, monitoring and/ or evaluation. 
  • Tailored workshops, and individual coaching. 

Some services are delivered online without face-to-face interaction, and others may be delivered personally either online or remotely. 

We may refine or update our services from time to time. The most current descriptions will be available on our website. 

3. Using Our Website and Services
When you use our website and services, you agree to: 

  • Provide accurate and complete information 
  • Use our services only for lawful and appropriate purposes 
  • Not interfere with website security or functionality 

We may suspend access if the website or services are used inappropriately or unlawfully. 

4. Quotes, Fees and Payments 
If a fee applies: 

  • Quotes are based on the information you provide. If your information changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. 
  • You agree to pay fees in the manner and timeframe set out in your invoice or service agreement. 
  • Payments may be taken electronically where indicated.


If payment is not received according to agreed terms, we may pause or stop providing services until the outstanding amounts are resolved. 

5. Refunds 
Because many of our services are customised and involve assessment work: 

  • Fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. 
  • If services are cancelled before work begins, any refund will be at our discretion, less any administrative costs. 
  • For larger projects a separate Terms of Reference or Scope of Work and contract may be agreed to. 

These refund terms are without prejudice to any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded. 

6. Organisational Information and Confidentiality
We treat organisational information and assessment data confidentially. 

  • Survey participant names or other identifiable information are not shared with their organisations unless explicit permission is provided. 
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to provide organisational information to us. 


7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, our assessment frameworks, tools, reports, and other materials developed by EGI remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

You may use materials provided to you for internal organisational purposes only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute or publish our materials without written permission. 

8. Accuracy and Reliance
Our assessments and reports are designed to support organisational reflection, planning, and development. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. 

While we aim to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that assessment outcomes, interpretations, or results will be error-free or that specific outcomes will be achieved. 

You remain responsible for decisions made based on our services. 

9. Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide high-quality services that support meaningful organisational growth and impact. However, to the extent permitted by New Zealand law: 

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services (for example, loss of revenue, reputation, or opportunity). 
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services. 

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law. 

10. Consumer Guarantees
Act If you acquire services from us for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to the extent the law allows. If you acquire services as a consumer for personal use, your rights under the Act are not affected. 

11. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Statement, which is available on our website. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Privacy Statement. 

12. International Use
Our services are based in New Zealand. If you access our website or services from outside New Zealand, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. 

These Terms and any agreement between you and EGI are governed by the laws of New Zealand. 

13. Disputes
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can work together to resolve it. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. 

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. The most current version will be available on our website with the effective date. 

Your continued use of the website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
