You’re passionate about the people you serve. We’re passionate about equipping you with the tools, clarity, and confidence to lead your organization into greater health and greater impact.
We understand, because we’ve experienced the challenges of running a ministry. And we’ve developed a powerful, yet simple assessment framework and cost-effective tools to help you ‘know’ and then ‘grow’ in the areas you need it most.
Adam Hutchinson brings 30 years of NGO, international development, pastoral leadership, and global governance experience. He has led teams through crisis, built scalable global programs, developed automated assessment tools, and walked alongside leaders who felt overwhelmed, under-resourced, or unsure how to move forward.
As the founder and director of EGI, his mission has always been to come alongside passionate, committed people and help them take their ministry to the next level of impact. His master’s degree in leadership (completed in 2020) focused on developing a theory of organizational integration, complements his 30 years working in a range of cultural contexts and organizational environments. This includes experience as a project leader, operations manager, executive director, board member and chairperson, designer and director of global programs serving vulnerable groups, as the former director of global capacity for an international organization in 120 countries, and now currently as a co-lead pastor of his local church along with his wife Colleen. He has helped many organizations grow beyond what they thought possible, and helped them extend their impact to reach thousands more lives.
